Not Sure Where to Start?
Complete this 3-minute assessment and we’ll help you reveal the hidden imbalances behind your symptoms
Start your journey with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call. You’ll speak with a compassionate Clinical Coordinator who will listen to your symptoms, health concerns, and goals. Together, we’ll determine if our root-cause approach aligns with your needs and if moving forward makes sense for you.
If we’re a good fit, the next step is a 1–1.5 hour Personalized Consultation. Before the session, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire and submit any recent lab results. During the session, our clinical team will dive deep into your health story, lifestyle, and past care to uncover missing links and share a customized blueprint designed to optimize your health.
Once your blueprint is outlined, we move into advanced functional and longevity testing to uncover hidden root causes. This includes personalized bloodwork, stool analysis, saliva, urine, and genetic testing—all designed to build a precision health plan tailored specifically for you.
A comprehensive blood test analyzes biomarkers to identify nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, and hormonal imbalances, offering valuable insights into your overall health.
Your health is dynamic, and so is your care. Through regular follow-ups, updated testing, and real-time treatment adjustments, we continuously fine-tune your plan to ensure lasting vitality, resilience, and optimal health for the long term.

Unlike traditional medicine where you typically work with one provider, at Amari Health, each member is assigned a dedicated 4-person Care Team upon joining.
You can think of the Care Team as covering the three key pillars of the patient journey: clinical care, wellness, and service . But these pillars don’t stand in silos. Your practitioners work as a team, side by side, to ensure your care is coordinated and comprehensive.
Board Certified Medical Provider (MD): Your health detective, committed to treating the root cause of your symptoms and quarterbacking your health.
Clinical Health Coach: The yin to your provider’s yang, personalizing and prioritizing your wellness goals to be both attainable and sustainable.
Wellness Concierge: The key to your success, ensuring your care is coordinated, organized, and actionable.
Medical Assistant: Your go-to for bloodwork, advanced diagnostics, body composition testing, and imaging.

Our holistic, science-backed approach to medicine is most effective for those that are looking to optimize their health, or for those that are actively experiencing persistent symptoms of inflammation, digestion, fatigue, and or hormonal imbalance.

For our active patient members, we can help with non-urgent requests . Your medical provider will respond to non-urgent messages in 24-72 hours, if not sooner; you can also get in touch with a member of our wellness concierge team via phone, sms, or email.

Concerns around hormone therapy largely stem from the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) study conducted over two decades ago. However, it’s important to note that the WHI studied synthetic, non-human hormones—specifically horse-derived hormones which were later shown to have harmful effects.
Since then, a growing body of research on bio-identical hormones—which are structurally identical to those naturally produced by the human body—has found no increased risk of chronic disease. These safer, plant-derived hormones have become a trusted, evidence-based option for women seeking to restore balance and relieve symptoms.
